Artifact History

This official souvenir booklet is part of a collection of over 3,500 pieces related to Stanley Park, collected by Doreen Margaret "Peggy" Imredy. Imredy began her remarkable collection of Stanley Park material in 1972 after she became enchanted with the park during the installation of the "Girl in a Wetsuit" sculpture created by her husband Elek Imredy. The extensive collection consists of souvenirs, postcards, pamphlets, books, posters, maps, and other material - all related to Stanley Park.
